Mundari Tribe of South Sudan


In Mundari tribe—They value Cow’s Urine like gold. 

What they do is bath with the cow’s urine, just to keep themselves clean.

Mundari men will squat under streams of cow urine, which they see as a natural antiseptic to fight infection. The act will also tinge their hair orange. 


This serves as an antiseptic and protects them from the scorching heat. 

This tribe’s cows are among the world's most pampered cows.

Mundari Tribe are in South Sudan.

The capture of brave Russian officer Rosinski This is a shocking image and I apologize in advance for sharing it, but here’s one that truly got to me… in Belarus, 1918, after WWI had already ended, the brave Russian officer Rosinski was captured by the Bolsheviks. The Bolsheviks tortured the captain, likely to get information out of the man, which he bravely refused to give. After that, they simply continued with the torture out of some sick sense of innate cruelty. He was ‘the enemy’ and he was at their mercy, so they brutally murdered their captive. The brave captain was emasculated. And anally impaled on a tree branch. All this while still alive. The bodies of civilians executed by the German army hang in the Pancevo city cemetery The woman, whose body is hanging in the middle of the group, owned a restaurant under which the Germans found a tunnel that led to the cemetery and was the suspected escape route for the sniper. On the back of the photograph, there is a caption in German handwriting: " The woman was the owner of the restaurant from which a secret passage [660 feet] long led to a cemetery, it passed under the street and ended in a chapel.  Then the German soldiers were shot at night from the cemetery. Dahteste (circa 1860–1955) was a Chokonen Apache woman warrior. Dahteste was a famous Apache woman warrior, and it was widely known that she could out-ride, out-shoot, out-hunt, out-run, and out-fight her peers, both male and female.  She took part in battles and raiding parties alongside her husband and best friend Lozen, another Apache woman warrior.  She and Lozen were good friends with Geronimo, and he chose her to be his official translator in his talks with the US Cavalry.  After negotiating treaties with the US government, she was imprisoned in Alabama and Florida, and later, Fort Sill, surviving both tuberculosis and pneumonia.  19 years later, she was released and lived out the rest of her life on the Mescalero Apache reservation. Thomas Edward Ketchum the  (Black Jack) Thomas Edward Ketchum  (known as  Black Jack ; October 31, 1863 – April 26, 1901) was an American cowboy who later became an outlaw. He was executed in 1901 for attempted train robbery. The execution by hanging was botched; he was decapitated because the executioner used a rope that was too long. Tom Ketchum was born in San Saba County, Texas. He left Texas in 1890, possibly after committing a crime.
