On this day Jun 04, 2016 Two Men And A Woman Striped dignity and severely beaten For Stealing Goats In Akwa Ibom (photos)

three rubbers were stripped unclad and paraded to the King's palace with each carrying a roasted goat in Okopedi town of Okobo local govt area of Akwa Ibom State.

The community demonstrated the fact that they have zero tolerance for criminal activities of any kind.

It is the duty of the citizens to report criminals to the necessary security agencies to ensure that the society is free from criminal elements that ferment troubles.

By reporting such individual to the law enforcement agency for investigation and prosecution that such ills in the society could be minimized.

“In law a man is guilty when he violates the rights of others. In ethics, he is guilty if he only think of doing so” .

If a citizen understands that the criminal act unleashed on another citizen by a criminal could also affect him, he would without fear or hindrance report the criminal to the law enforcement agents.

Reporting a criminal either directly or indirectly helps to minimize the level of crime and immorality in the society

But the act of striping unclad, beating of criminals or even lynching them should not be acceptable in the Nation instead such armless criminal should be reported to the police and allow them do their job.

Taking the laws to our hands is a crime should be forbidden do away with.
