A man slaughtered a big cow, lit the grill and said to his daughter.


“Daughter, call our relatives, friends, and neighbours to eat with us... let us feast!"
His daughter took to the street and started shouting.

“Please help us put out a fire at my Dad's house!".
After a few moments, a small group of people came out and the rest acted like they didn't hear the cry for help.
Those who came ate and drank until late.
The stunned father turned to his daughter and said to her.

“The people who came I barely know them, some I had never seen them before, so where are our relatives, friends, and neighbours ?".
The daughter said.

“Those who came out of their homes came to help us put out a fire in our house and not for the party.
These are the ones who deserve our generosity and hospitality".

The Bolsheviks tortured the captain, likely to get information out of the man, which he bravely refused to give. After that, they simply continued with the torture out of some sick sense of innate cruelty. He was ‘the enemy’ and he was at their mercy, so they brutally murdered their captive. Dahteste (circa 1860–1955) was a Chokonen Apache woman warrior. Dahteste was a famous Apache woman warrior, and it was widely known that she could out-ride, out-shoot, out-hunt, out-run, and out-fight her peers, both male and female.  She took part in battles and raiding parties alongside her husband and best friend Lozen, another Apache woman warrior.  She and Lozen were good friends with Geronimo, and he chose her to be his official translator in his talks with the US Cavalry.  After negotiating treaties with the US government, she was imprisoned in Alabama and Florida, and later, Fort Sill, surviving both tuberculosis and pneumonia.  19 years later, she was released and lived out the rest of her life on the Mescalero Apache reservation.
